Tenderers must demonstrate capacity in WHS, environmental management, and comply with NSW government policies. Tenderers must demonstrate their capacity to manage environmental matters in accordance with the nsw government environmental management guidelines for construction edition 4 em guidelines.

Tenders may be passed over if they do not comply with requirements or if the assessed nonprice score is below an acceptable threshold. tenders which do not comply with any requirement of, or which contain conditions or qualifications not required or allowed by, the tender document may be passed over.

The closing date for the tender is Tuesday, 15 September 2026, at 2. 00 pm Australian Central Standard Time ACST.

All payments made under the contract shall be made at clause 1.

Selection of the successful tenderer will be based on a best value for territory assessment of tender responses against the tender assessment criteria specified in this clause.

The tenderer is required, at the time and date for closing of the rft, to be accredited or recognised by contractor accreditation limited cal.

Prior to submitting a tender response it is recommended that the tenderer visit the sites relevant to the works.

The principal may declare a tender response inadmissible for assessment in circumstances where the tenderer is bankrupt or in liquidation.

The evaluation uses general assessment criteria that was used to evaluate this opportunity capability methodology price terms and conditions.

To be awarded this contract you may need to be a member of the construction scheme for works up to 1 million ****.

All tenderers must comply with the transport statement of business ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
