Tenderers must be experienced contractors and provide details of two referees to confirm their capacity to deliver the proposed service. goondiwindi regional council seeks the services of an experienced contractor for the supply, installation and commissioning of two ( 2) hyprolyser 560 units and one ( 1) hyprolyser **** unit and enderers are required to provide details of two 2 referees who may be contacted by the tender evaluation panel to provide confirmation of the claims made in the tender in respect to the capacity of your organisation to deliver the proposed service.

Council may cancel the contract if the contractor breaches any clause, supplies goods not to specification, is unable or unwilling to deliver within the timeframe, or breaches workplace health and safety criteria. his contract may be cancelled under the following circumstances if the contractor: i. breaches any clause of the contract or ii. supplies goods or services not to specification or iii. is unable or unwilling to deliver the goods or services within the requested timeframe or iv. breaches any workplace health safety criteria.

An inspection of premises is not anticipated, but if deemed necessary by the contractor, it can be arranged by contacting the Manager Facilities. council does not anticipate that an inspection of premises is warranted. however, if the contractor deems an inspection of premises is required, it can be arranged accordingly by contacting councils manager facilities, mr terry gleeson on 07 **** ****.
