The tender is for contractors activities and works on the terms of the tender documents. All questions related to the tender documents or process must be directed to the tender administrator. The tenderer must comply with the disclaimer and confidentiality agreement and tender conditions. The tender must be lodged electronically via Austender before the ATM close date and time. The tender must satisfy minimum form and content requirements, remain valid for 90 days, and satisfy participation criteria. Alternative proposals are possible, but a conforming tender must be lodged first. The tenderer is responsible for lodging the tender in accordance with the rules and managing all surrounding risks. The tender will be evaluated based on criteria including project understanding, workload, previous performance, program, indigenous procurement policy, commonwealth procurement rules compliance, financial aspects, alternative proposals, security, insurance, and environmental sustainability. Additional documents may be required, and the tenderer must provide details of its financial viability. The tenderer must comply with relevant commonwealth policies, including indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and employee entitlements. The tenderer must complete and lodge specific tender schedules. The tenderer must provide clarification or authentication of material if requested. The commonwealth may conduct industry briefings and meetings with tenderers before and after the ATM close date and time. The commonwealth is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender. A debrief may be provided if requested within 14 days of the tender being accepted or if the tender was unsuccessful. No payment will be made for costs incurred in preparing a tender or during the tender process. The tenderer must ensure that its tender is not prepared by personnel with conflicts of interest. The tenderer must comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. The tenderer must complete specific sections of the tender form. The commonwealth may engage an independent financial adviser to assess financial viability. The tenderer warrants that it is not aware of any strategic notice event. Local industry participation is expected. The tenderer must complete and lodge specific schedules related to indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and environmentally sustainable procurement, if applicable.

This notice advises industry of a revised Estate Works Program tender forecast, now available on the Defence internet.
