Conforming tenders will be assessed against the following criteria: experience and qualifications, experience of organisation, capacity to provide the services, price, and local supplier status, to ascertain best value for money for Council.
Individuals providing valuation services must be registered under the Valuers Registration Act **** providing property services must have experience and qualifications if applicable, in the range of services and must have experience in the acquisition of property by both private treaty and statutory processes in a local government environment. Individuals providing real estate services must be licensed under the Property Occupations Act ****.
The last day for clarification requests is Wednesday, 08 July 2026, at 4:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
A tender may be treated as non-conforming and rejected if it is lodged after the closing time, does not comply in every respect with the RFT documents, does not comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, standards and government policies, or seeks to include the tenderer's own conditions of offer or conditions of contract.
