The tenderer may identify any specific information provided by the tenderer to the commonwealth that it wishes the commonwealth to keep confidential and must provide justification, in accordance with paragraph c, why the information identified under paragraph a should be kept confidential. The tenderer is requested to provide the times for submission of payment claims for the purposes of clause 11. 2a of the conditions of contract in part5 as follows: times for submission of payment claims monthly on the 15th day of each month.
The commonwealth will apply the following evaluation criteria: project understanding 50 weighting, workload and proposed resources 15 weighting, previous performance 15 weighting, program 20 weighting, indigenous procurement policy no weighting, commonwealth procurement rules compliance no weighting, financial no weighting, alternative proposals if any no weighting, miscellaneous matters for evaluation: security if applicable, insurance details and levels and tenderers commercialinconfidence information no weighting, and information security no weighting.
The conditions for participation applicable to this tender process are that the tenderer must: 1. complete and return the signed disclaimer and confidentiality agreement. 2. complete and sign the tender form.
The tenderer should provide its maximum amount of delay damages for the purposes of clause 9. 6 of the conditions of contract in part5 together with a breakdown as to how the relevant amount has been calculated.
An industry briefing is scheduled for September 4th, 2025. Attendees are to arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the briefing to allow for site induction and visitor pass sign in, if required.
The cutoff date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven 7 days before the tender close date.
