The supplier warrants that all representations, declarations, statements, information and documents made or provided by the supplier are complete, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading in any way.
The customer is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price. The criteria include adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct and compliance with insurance requirements. Desirable criteria include suppliers history and experience, key personnel skills, systems and processes, business continuity, purposeful public procurement outcomes, local benefits, and improved environmental outcomes.
Suppliers must warrant adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct and comply with specific insurance requirements: Workers compensation insurance, Public and products liability insurance to the minimum value of $20 million per claim, and Professional indemnity insurance to the value of $10 million per claim.
The evaluation process may involve site visit assessment.

The customer may, in its absolute discretion, immediately disqualify a supplier from the invitation process, or terminate the contract, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty.
