The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anti-competitive or similar conduct in connection with the invitation process, or any actual or potential contract with any entity for goods and services similar to the goods and services.

The evaluation criteria include mandatory criteria such as adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, compliance with legislative requirements, and attendance at the site visit. Desirable criteria include alignment with Queensland Government priorities, demonstrated experience, ability to deliver requirements, quality assurance procedures, consumables management processes, alignment with QPP26 outcomes, and cost and value for money.

A supplier warrants adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, compliance with all legislative requirements, compliance with all applicable industry acts, regulations, standards, policies, certifications and licencing and training requirements, and compliance with the insurance requirements.

It is mandatory for suppliers to attend the site visit at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 05th August 2026 at the QLD Police Service Oxley Training Facility. Suppliers must register by 3:00 PM on 03rd August 2026.

The customer may, in its absolute discretion, immediately disqualify a supplier from the invitation process, or terminate the contract, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty.
