Tenders are invited for the management and operation of Barnwell Park Golf Course and Pro Shop. The scope includes course use management, green fee collection, and pro shop operations. A mandatory site inspection is scheduled for June 17, 2026. The closing date for tenders is July 7, 2026. The contract term is up to ten years. Tenderers must demonstrate experience in golf course management and operations. Evaluation will be based on mandatory and essential selection criteria, including value for money.
The closing date for tenders is 7 July 2026 at 2pm.
Council will be liable to make payments thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of an invoice from the service provider for the services provided under the contract.
Submissions will be assessed using a weighted scoring process based on information provided in the RFT, including capability, value for money, experience, additional benefits, suitability, probity, financial standing, reputation, quality assurance systems, compliance with contract conditions, industry or SME participation plans, quality of referee reports, and fitness for purpose.
Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced service providers. Membership of the Professional Golfers Association of Australia is encouraged but not mandatory.
A site inspection will be held on 17 June 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Barnwell Park Golf Course. Attendance is mandatory.
Clarification questions must be submitted via the online VendorPanel forum by 30 June 2026.
Tenderers may be disqualified for canvassing officials, non-collusion, or failing to comply with mandatory evaluation criteria.
