Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a panel of suppliers for swimwear and aquatic merchandise for retail sale in leisure centres. The contract aims to support retail operations, enhance customer experience, and ensure access to quality swim products. Key deliverables include a comprehensive product range, ongoing availability, efficient ordering, delivery within 7 days for standard orders, and merchandising support. The proposed contract term is 3 years with two optional 1-year extensions. Tenders close on 31st July 2026. An optional site visit is available upon request.
Suppliers are requested to outline their ordering process, including order placement, confirmation, fulfilment, including: efficient ordering system, support for seasonal indent orders, ad hoc replenishment capability. Delivery requirements: delivery within 7 days standard orders.
Tenders will be evaluated on the following criteria: Mandatory criteria, Weighted criteria: Company profile, Value add, WHS compliance, Service delivery, Modern slavery compliance, Product range, Price, Local economic development, Proposed contract and term.

Canvassing of councillors or staff, or attempting to influence councillors or staff, conflicts with Council's code of conduct and statement of business ethics and could lead to automatic disqualification from the tender process and loss of future opportunities with Council. Uncompetitive behaviour or other practices that deny legitimate business opportunities to other tenderers may also lead to disqualification.
