Failure to attend a mandatory briefing session, site inspection or other specified occasion will disqualify the invitee. if an invitee fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, site inspection or other specified occasion, council will, unless there are extenuating circumstances, disqualify the invitee from further participating in the process.

Tenders will be evaluated against weighted criteria including capacity, capability, local contribution, sustainability, environment, and financial tender price.

Invitees must meet mandatory compliance criteria including confirmation of insurance policies, OHS management system, quality management system, environmental management system, business continuity plan, construction management plan, and traffic guidance scheme.

An optional tender briefing session and site inspection is scheduled for 17 August 2026 at 12:00 PM Victoria, Australia time. attendance at the briefing session is optional.

Supplier queries must be submitted by Wednesday 26 August 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

Failure to attend a mandatory briefing session (if applicable), submitting a late tender, or engaging in canvassing of officials can lead to disqualification.

The warranty period and all warranty conditions shall be specified by the respondent for the option submitted. The respondent shall state the details of warranty, guarantees and any service that will be carried out during the warranty period for the various components of the assembled vehicle. The warranty shall not become void if the council performs scheduled maintenance and service during the warranty period.

Tenderers are required to demonstrate they have the financial capacity to provide the goods. They must also provide details of insurance currently held. Past performance and experience will be considered. Council will take into consideration compliance to whs requirements when selecting contractors for future work.

If any noncompliance is determined to be unacceptable, the quote may not be further considered. The tenderer must ensure through a documented and systematic approach, that it complies with any acts, regulations, local laws and bylaws, guidelines applicable to the performance of the goods.

The tender aims to establish a value-formoney service arrangement.

Suppliers must be suitably qualified and experienced and have an adequate number of qualified technicians.
