The vendor shall provide ongoing hardware warranty and a standard maintenance schedule for all supplied hardware for the full duration of the contract term.
Tender submissions will be assessed against both commercial pricing and technical non-price criteria, including demonstrated capability, risk management, quality management systems, installation feasibility, support services, relevant experience, product suitability, and environmental/social sustainability.
Tenderers must be appropriately qualified and experienced. Mandatory participation criteria include work, health, and safety, financial and commercial integrity, and completion of all required returnable schedules.
An RFT site inspection is available on Friday, 14th August at 11:00 AM at Waverley Council Depot, 67a Bourke Street, Alexandria **** NSW. Attendance is not mandatory, and confirmation is required by Tuesday, 11th August 2026.
Supplier queries cutoff is Monday, 24th August 2026, at 04:00 AM.
