The customer may disqualify a supplier if it believes the supplier has breached any warranty. he customer may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier from the invitation process, or terminate the contract with the supplier which is subsequently entered into as a result of the invitation process, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty in this clause.
