The project in its entirety is to be completed before Friday the 29th of May 2027, to enable RCC to meet existing funding agreement conditions.
Tenderers are advised that RCC's objective in evaluating tenders is to secure the most advantageous offer and best value for money for RCC and not necessarily the lowest price.
Tenderers must provide all information required by the attachments contained in Section B Returnable Schedule Attachments, a statement of noncompliance where they do not comply with or agree with all of the clauses or conditions, details of any special conditions pertaining to the tender, detail of how the tender meets the requirements of the specifications and the evaluation criteria, and any other information required by this invitation to tender.
To assist tenderers in preparing their tenders, an inspection of the site is highly recommended. Site visits are at the tenderer's discretion.
The method of lodgement of samples is not applicable.
Tenderers seeking clarification of any of the requirements of this ITT prior to the tender closing datetime may only do so in writing and by lodging their clarification on the online forum no later than two 2 business days prior to the closing date specified in clause 2. 8 of these conditions of tender.
