To be a conforming offer, the offer must satisfy all mandatory evaluation criteria, which include being a legal entity, not being bankrupt or insolvent, compliance with laws and standards, possessing required licenses and insurances, evidence of a certified quality assurance system equal to ISO/IEC ****, attendance at the mandatory site briefing, evidence of conforming insurance documentation, compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and responding to all applicable sections of Part B ITO response schedules and attachments.
MNHHS will not be holding site visits for this opportunity.
