This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for an Event Management Contractor (EMC) for COP31 in 2026. The EOI is the first stage of a two-stage procurement process. Responses will be evaluated based on experience, capacity, and resources. The closing date for submission is September 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM Canberra time. Respondents should submit any questions by September 23, 2025. The scope of work includes a wide range of event management services. The EOI is subject to the successful bid of Australia to host COP31. Additional information about commonwealth procurement policies and laws is available in Schedule 2.

This RFI seeks innovative solutions for energy sources for deployable and fixed sites, and agile operation capabilities (power and energy theme 1), and innovative solutions on sensors, edge processing and high-performance computing for data processing (acoustic data collection and processing theme 2). Responses are to be submitted electronically via Austender by 2:00 PM AEST on September 8, 2025. The successful respondents will be invited to pitch their solutions at the pitch day 2025 event on November 3, 2025, in Sydney, NSW. Travel and accommodation for successful respondents will be arranged and funded by the Commonwealth.

The Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB) is seeking a vendor to implement new teacher registration systems, including a CRM system and online services. The system will integrate with or be hosted within the TRB's existing Azure tenancy, using either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365. The vendor will provide configuration, implementation, and ongoing managed support. The tender closes at 2:00 PM on September 22, 2025. The supplier feedback tool can be used to provide feedback on the tender process.

The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking tenders for the provision of accessibility testing and toolset services. Tenders must be submitted electronically via Austender by 2 PM Sydney time on Monday, September 15, 2025. The resultant contract is expected to commence on Friday, October 31, 2025, and conclude three years after the commencement date, with extension options of 12 months each. The agency is looking for a highly automated solution capable of testing across various browsers, operating systems, and mobile applications, meeting or exceeding current Australian government requirements, including WCAG 2. 1 Level AA. The solution must integrate with CI/CD pipelines and provide APIs and SDKs for custom integration. The agency prefers locally hosted data and requires a draft implementation plan, including stakeholder engagement meetings, within three business days of request. The tender evaluation will consider service delivery, tenderer experience, specified personnel, tool adaptability, SME skills, pricing, financial viability, contractual compliance, and risks. The agency will consider environmental sustainability when assessing value for money.
