Invitation To Offer for the Provision of Texture Modified FoodThe Department of Health ( ABN 66 329 169 412) invites offers from Suppliers for the provision of pre- prepared ambient, chilled, and frozen temperature texture modified foods, as defined by the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative ( IDDSI) framework. Goods that are in scope include meal components for: Category 1 - IDDSI Level 3 ( Liquidised); Category 2 - IDDSI Level 4 ( Pureed); Category 3 - IDDSI Level 5 ( Minced & Moist);
Establishing a standing offer arrangement ( SOA) for medical category goods and/or services and general goods and/or services. Texture modified foods as specified in part B SOA details document. Goods should conform to the nutritional requirements outlined in the Queensland Health Nutrition Standard for meals and menus ( QHNSMM) and must conform to the texture levels defined by the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative ( IDDSI) framework. Goods that are in scope include prepared meal components for: IDDSI level 3 liquidised, IDDSI level 4 pureed, IDDSI level 5 minced moist and IDDSI level 6 soft bite- sized.
