The minister's only obligations to the tenderer including with respect to the tender process are those expressly set out in these tender conditions and under the mra. The tenderer acknowledges and agrees that information supplied by or on behalf of the minister in relation to the tender and a proposed epc as part of the tender documents or otherwise state supplied information is provided in good faith and only for the tenderers convenience. The tenderer must provide written acceptance to the department of natural resources and mines, manufacturing and regional and rural development nrmmrrd to proceed as preferred tenderer for the tender area **** within 10 business days from the date of the letter. The preferred tenderer must provide security for the proposed exploration permit for coal epc as prescribed under the mineral resources act **** mra and the mineral resources regulation 2025 within 10 business days from the date the appointment of the preferred tenderer is made public by the minister or nrmmrrd. The preferred tenderer must pay rent for the first year of the proposed epc within 10 business days from the date the appointment of the preferred tenderer is made public by the minister or nrmmrrd.
