QUT is seeking proposals for the provision of security and emergency management services for its Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point campuses, as well as other smaller facilities. The contract is for an initial term of six years with an option for a further three years. Key services include static guards, mobile patrols, security operations centre (SOC) services, parking and traffic management, concierge services, and ad hoc event-based services. Offers will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria and scored evaluation criteria, including ability to meet scope of work, experience, track record, capability fit, competency, technical capability, innovation, resourcing capability, purposeful public procurement benefits, and pricing.
