Supply and delivery of 10 hook lift bins (5 x 15m3 and 5 x 30m3) to South Hedland Waste Management Facility by 29 January 2027. Includes design and fabrication drawings. Payment via progress claims: 100% on drawing approval, 50% on manufacturing, balance on delivery acceptance. Contract commences 25 November 2026. Insurance required: public liability $20M, products liability $20M, workers compensation $50M, vehicle and equipment $30M. Defects liability period 12 months. Bins must suit Hyva lift T22 57 hook truck specification.
All bins must be delivered by Friday, 29 January 2027. As stated: deliver all five (5) 15m3 hook lift bins and five (5) 30m3 hook lift bins to the south hedland waste management facility by no later than friday, 29 january 2027.
Payment is via progress claims: 100% on approval of fabrication drawings, 50% on manufacturing, and remaining balance on delivery acceptance. Invoices paid within 21 business days of issue.
Defects liability period is 12 months from completion date. The principal may direct the contractor to replace, rectify or reperform defective goods free of charge during this period.
Suppliers must be suitably qualified and provide detailed fabrication drawings suitable for engineering review. Contractor must have necessary skills, experience, expertise, licences, training, qualifications, and approvals to competently perform the services.
Supplier query cutoff is Friday, 30 October 2026 at 04:00 AM. Disputes require a written notice, followed by a meeting within 15 business days to negotiate resolution.
Breach of contract continuing for 5 business days may result in written notice and potential termination. False statements in request response may lead to immediate termination.
