The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking tenders to establish a workforce sourcing panel. Compliance with relevant Australian legislation and policies, including the Workplace Gender Equality Act ****, Indigenous Procurement Policy, and Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy, is required. The agency may extend the closing time at its discretion. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring their technology meets the minimum requirements of the 360 tender system.

The tender is for a dam safety consultancy for the period 2025-2030. North East Water seeks a consultant to develop and conduct a dam safety monitoring and inspection program, ensuring compliance with ancold guidelines. The consultant will also support dam safety emergency management and potentially participate in portfolio risk assessment recommendations. Responses are due on 11 August 2025 at 2:00 PM.

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is seeking a supplier for a portfolio project management (PPM) solution. Tenders must be submitted electronically via Austender by 2:00 PM AEDT on July 3, 2025. The successful tenderer will be contracted for an initial three-year term with a one-year option period. The ATO prefers to obtain software licenses directly from the vendor, but if the tenderer proposes to provide licenses, the ATO will retain ownership of the implemented products for at least 10 years after the services cease. The indicative timetable includes key milestones such as the release of the approach to market, closing date for questions and clarifications, and target completion of tender evaluation.
