This contract will be awarded to the organisation whose tender is assessed as offering the best value. Tenders will be evaluated on price, capability methodology, relevant experience past performance, and regional preference.
The contractor must ensure compliance with all federal and state legislation and regulations relating to work health and safety, have all necessary certifications and licenses for tasks to be performed, and produce its own safety management plan.
If the contractor fails to rectify any breach of health and safety for which the work has been suspended, or if the contractor's performance has involved recurring breaches of health and safety, the principal may terminate the work forthwith.
A pre-tender briefing will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 10 am. Meeting point is Wagga Wagga City Council meeting room, 243 Baylis Street, Wagga Wagga. While this briefing is not compulsory, consultants are encouraged to attend.

If a respondent canvasses any of the principal's employees or councillors with a view to influencing the acceptance of any respondent, the principal may omit the submission from consideration.
