Construction services for the Southern Ocean Research Aquarium ( SORA) main works package, including fitout and associated construction works. Package 1: General fitout works, including supply and installation of internal walls, doors, floor finishes, wall coverings, fixtures, plant and equipment, and the installation, connection and commissioning of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems. This includes nine specialised laboratories, five larger laboratories, a two- storey deep tank, a dedicated sea ice research freezer, and purpose- built support spaces.
