The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking tenders for locksmith services for city-owned and managed buildings, structures, and aquatics sites. Tenders must be lodged electronically via www. ***. *. * by Tuesday, 09 June 2026, 3:00 PM AEST. A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, at 10:00 AM, in person or online via Microsoft Teams. Registration is required to attend. Tenderers must upload a fully completed Part 4 Response Schedule document; failure to do so will result in a non-conforming submission. Late submissions will not be accepted. The evaluation criteria include capability, capacity, economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, social sustainability, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employment opportunities, with price also being a factor. Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity and satisfy insurance requirements. OHS obligations must be met. While prequalification is not required to submit a tender, successful tenderers must become approved prequalified contractors prior to providing services.
