Metro North Health is seeking a cloud-based Contractor Management System (CMS) delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The system will manage health and safety requirements for contractors engaged by their Building Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS). The contract will be for an initial term of three years with two optional 36-month extension periods. Offers must be submitted electronically via the vendorPanel website by 2:00 PM AEST on Monday, 15 June 2026. Mandatory criteria include compliance with all applicable laws and standards, evidence of conforming insurance, compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and completion of all applicable response schedules. Desirable criteria include ability to meet business requirements, supplier capability, capacity, methodologies, previous experience, purposeful public procurement outcomes, and cost and value for money.
