Tenders are invited for the supply and delivery of a multi-purpose road maintenance truck unit. The unit will be located at the council's Tallangatta depot. The tender requires comprehensive details of the cab, chassis, and compaction bodies, including specifications and brochures. Tenderers must propose a delivery schedule, offer pre-delivery inspection, operation and maintenance training for 24 council employees, provide a complete list of parts for the machine, state the location of their nearest parts facility, indicate assurances to minimize delays in part supply, and provide a warranty of at least 24 months. Tenderers must also supply details of field service facilities and scheduled servicing costs for the 10-year life of the asset. Respondents are to supply three current referees for the tendered units.
