The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking an experienced organisation to manage and operate the Bendigo East Swimming Pool. A mandatory tender briefing and site visit will be held on Monday, 03 August 2026, at 10:00 AM. Tenders must be lodged electronically via www. ***. *. * by Thursday, 27 August 2026, 3 PM AEST. Key evaluation criteria include capability, capacity, economic, environmental, social, and Indigenous employment opportunities, as well as price/value. Tenderers must complete and submit Part 4. Tenders will be evaluated based on capability (40%), capacity (20%), economic sustainability (20%), environmental sustainability (5%), social sustainability (5%), Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people employment opportunities (10%), and price/value (quantitative assessment).
Tenderers must be experienced, competent, innovative, and achievement-driven. While prequalification is not required to submit a tender, successful tenderers must become approved prequalified contractors prior to providing any goods, services, or works.
A mandatory tender briefing and site visit will be held on Monday, 03 August 2026, at 10:00 AM at Galkangu Bendigo GovHub, **** Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo, VIC ****, followed by a site visit to Bendigo East Aquatic Facility.
