Additional project plans are required (commissioning and handover plan, project lifecycle and handover plan, environmental management and sustainability plan). The tenderer must complete and lodge the tender form, tender schedules (project understanding, workload and proposed resources, previous performance, program, indigenous procurement policy, commonwealth procurement rules compliance, financial, alternative proposals, miscellaneous matters for evaluation, statement of tax record, WHS accreditation scheme accreditation, environmentally sustainable procurement, Australian skills guarantee), and other required documents in separate, standalone, unsecured electronic files in the format specified in the tender particulars. All prices must be in Australian dollars. The tender must be in A4 and portrait format, with clear, legible content using appropriate print colours and font sizes equivalent to at least Arial 10-point or Times New Roman 11-point.
