The Australian Digital Health
Agency is seeking tenders for application support and maintenance services for digital health
infrastructure. The tender closes at 2:00 PM AEST on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. A virtual industry briefing is scheduled for Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM AEST. Tenderers must lodge their tenders electronically via Austender. The initial term of the contract is 3 years, from April 2026 to April 2029. Additional information, including the Statement of Requirements, is available on Austender. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to the contact officer by a specific deadline. The
agency reserves the right to amend, vary, or suspend the tender at any time, including extending the closing time. The tender must be written in English and all measurements must be expressed in Australian legal units. Tendered prices should be in Australian dollars, inclusive of all costs, expenses, duties, and taxes associated with the contract. The
agency will use the evaluation criteria set out in Schedule 2 to identify the tender that represents best value for money. The
agency may conduct offer definition and improvement activities (ODIA) with shortlisted tenderers. Tenderers must comply with all relevant Australian laws and policies, including the Workplace Gender Equality Act ****, Indigenous Procurement Policy, and the Modern Slavery Act 2018. The
agency may perform security, probity, and financial investigations on tenderers and their subcontractors. Tenderers must provide all required information and documentation promptly. The
agency may exclude a tender from consideration if it is incomplete, not competitive, or fails to comply with any provision of the tender.
