Evaluation criteria include customer service experience and capacity, tendered prices, level of risk, environmental and quality management systems, local economic benefit and social inclusion, relevant experience, staff resources, use of subcontractors, timeframe for completion, demonstrated experience in completing similar works, current and future workload, warranties and guarantees, and degree of compliance with RFT requirements.
Tenderers must be licensed or registered to perform the works if applicable. They must also demonstrate financial capacity and provide details of insurance, licenses, accreditations, and memberships to relevant industry peak bodies.
The council may conduct a site/industry briefing, and tenderers are not to treat any statements made at the briefing as variations to this RFT. The council reserves the right to require all tenderers to attend the site/industry briefing.
