HealthShare NSW is establishing a pre-qualified supplier panel for Safe and Secure at Home (SASH) home modification services across NSW. Services include bathroom and access modifications, temporary solutions, and careport services. Suppliers must be capable of delivering services statewide, including regional and remote areas. All works must comply with relevant legislation, standards, and occupational therapist prescriptions. Appointment to the panel does not guarantee work volume; services are engaged on an as-required basis. Suppliers are responsible for their personnel's qualifications, screening, and compliance with WHS legislation. A minimum 24-month warranty is required for all workmanship. Quotes must include a detailed pricing breakdown and estimated completion timeframe. Failure to meet KPIs may result in corrective action.
