Kyogle Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of crushing services for its quarry operations. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for a further twelve months. The scope of works includes establishment, mobilization, setup of crushing and screening plant, loading, crushing, and screening of quarry materials to produce various products, weighing and stockpiling of processed materials, and crushing of recycled concrete. Tenderers must comply with legislative requirements for workplace health and safety, environmental protection, and quality control systems. The tender includes the warranty of such works for a period of twelve months from the date of completion of the works.
Tenders will be evaluated using the following criteria: relevant experience including previous record with council, schedule of rates prices, quality assurance, workplace health, safety rehabilitation, including responses to schedules, and environmental management.
