Respondents must undertake such further inquiries and investigations, including inspection of the site, at its own time, cost and expense prior to lodgement of its tender. If required, the respondent must provide a duly signed declaration of site inspection with its tender.

An incomplete tender may be disqualified. Failure by a respondent to attend a mandatory project briefing shall automatically disqualify its tender.
