This is a Request for Tender (RFT) from Inner West Council for the design and installation of parklets. Tenders must be lodged electronically via VendorPanel by Monday, 25 May 2026, 04:00 AM E. South America Standard Time. Key evaluation criteria include proven capacity, methodology, compliance with contract, WHS qualifications, personnel experience, subcontractor experience, response to modern slavery and environmental checklists, and value for money (tender price and overall assessment). Respondents must complete and submit all returnable documents as specified in Schedule 4. The contract will be based on the draft contract provided in Schedule 3. Successful respondents may be required to register with Council's contractor compliance provider, Conserve.

The evaluation criteria include proven capacity to perform and complete the contract based on past performance, methodology and schedule, level of compliance with the proposed contract, work health safety qualifications and experience of key personnel, qualifications and experience of key subcontractors, response to the modern slavery act checklist, response to the environmental, social, local and aboriginal torres strait islander checklist, and value represented by each tender taking into consideration tender price and overall assessment of other criteria.
Respondents must submit a completed respondent declaration, pricing schedule, list of assumptions, requested amendments to proposed contract, details of insurance, proposed methodology, proposed schedule, acknowledgement of RFT addenda, declaration of site inspection, company profile, respondents experience, list of key personnel, proposed key subcontractors, quality assurance plan checklist, work health safety checklist, industrial relations checklist, sustainability questionnaire, modern slavery act checklist, and other relevant documents as checked in Schedule 1.
Respondents must undertake such further inquiries and investigations, including inspection of the site, at its own time, cost and expense prior to lodgement of its tender. If required, the respondent must provide a duly signed declaration of site inspection with its tender.
Supplier queries must be submitted by Wednesday, 20 May 2026, 04:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
An incomplete tender may be disqualified. Failure by a respondent to attend a mandatory project briefing shall automatically disqualify its tender. Incomplete tenders, including those with electronic files that cannot be read or decrypted or otherwise in an incompatible format, tenders which council believes to potentially contain any virus, malicious code or anything else that might compromise the integrity or security of the nominated tender website and/or the recipients computing environment, may be excluded from evaluation.
