The contractor's representative will be responsible for liaison with the NSW police force tactical traffic commander, Transport for NSW personnel, Destination NSW event control staff and contractor field personnel in effectively managing the road opening and closure sequences. Destination NSW may request the traffic contractor to provide implementation of hostile vehicle mitigation infrastructure. Respondents must demonstrate appropriate insurances (public and product liability insurance of no less than 20 million per event and professional indemnity insurance of no less than 10 million) and compliance with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in force relating to modern slavery.
