The supplier must provide biosolids management services, including removal, dewatering, transport, storage, and beneficial reuse/lawful disposal of biosolids from multiple treatment plants (MSJTP, CBSTP, CSTP, TSTP). Payment terms vary based on whether biosolids are dewatered by the principal or by the supplier. The contract term is 3 years with 2 optional 12-month extensions. The supplier is responsible for all regulatory compliance, including the End of Waste Code. Monthly reports detailing sampling, mass, and destination are required.

Major nonconformance requires the supplier to immediately stop work and not recommence until the matter is closed. if a verified major nonconformance is discovered by the supplier, principal, his agent, or any otherperson including the public or state government, etc, the supplier shall immediately stop work.
