Suppliers must be suitably experienced, capable, and commercially competitive, with the ability to provide a broad range of products, reliable delivery, transparent pricing, an efficient online ordering system, accurate invoicing, responsive account management, and environmentally preferable product options.
Liquidated damages may apply if the supplier fails to supply the goods by the delivery date, calculated at a specified rate per day.

The contract may be terminated if the supplier breaches essential terms, warranties are inaccurate, the supplier ceases business, or an insolvency event occurs.
