In assessing quotes, the council will have regard to criteria including completion of the form of quote, relevant licenses, compliance with work health and safety requirements, local economic benefit and social inclusion, compliance with the specifications, timeframe for the provision of the goods, demonstrated experience in completing similar projects, referees and insurance.
