completion of all components of the works, including commissioning, is required by 17 December 2027.
progress claims may be submitted for works fully executed on site, including any associated labour, plant, and installation, or for materials procured and delivered to site ready for use.
contractor is responsible to provide 12 months warranty on all workmanship from the date of the practical completion inspection.
submissions will be assessed on the following criteria: tendered prices, past performance of respondent, suitability of technical expertise methodology in the delivery of the service, contractor whs systems, availability, and local contractor.
the contractor is responsible for and warrants that it has: . . . the necessary skills and expertise to be able to competently supply the scope of works.
there is no mandatory site visit for these works but requests for a site visit during the tender period are welcome.
