Responses must be submitted electronically via Austender before 2:00 PM ACT local time on 15 September 2025.

The customer must pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within thirty 30 calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day.

The customer will evaluate all valid responses received by the atm closing time to determine which potential supplier has proposed the best value for money outcome for the customer.

Potential suppliers are required to comply with all requirements set out in the commonwealth approach to market terms and agree to enter into a contract which incorporates the commonwealth contract terms.

There are no site inspections for this atm.

Tenders will be evaluated against program and capability (20%), economic and social benefits (30%), and price (50%). evaluation criteria and weightingsthe evaluation criteria applicable to the evaluation of tenders that have not been excluded fromevaluation pursuant to another provision of this rft, and the relative weightings of thosecriteria, are as follows: criterion 1 program and capability weighting 20 tenderers will be scored on the degree to which they demonstrate their ability to complete the project in accordance with the requirements of the contract. this includes the provision of: a program of works that clearly identifies the critical path. a traffic management strategy and details of the project team, that addresses the capability and capacity of the nominated individuals. criterion 2 economic and social benefits weighting 30 evaluation of the tenderers economic and social benefits statement included as part of the tender. criterion 3 price weighting 50 the contract sum tendered by the tenderer.

Tenderers must be prequalified under the Department of State Growth's national prequalification system for civil road and bridge construction contracts in the roadworks category R3 with a financial level of F5, or higher. he tenderer must be prequalified under the prequalification schemes noted in attachment 7 to rft volume 1, in the applicable prequalification categories specified by the principal in the relevant table in attachment 7 to rft volume 1, to a financial level equal to or higher than the greater of: a the applicable financial level specified by the principal in the relevant table in attachment 7 to rft volume 1 and b the value of the works as specified by the tenderer in the declaration included in the tender in response to attachment 7 to rft volume 1 which are relevant to the applicable prequalification category.

No right to inspect sites except in accordance with a site inspection arranged by the potential contractor with the contact officer. a potential contractor must not inspect a site or sites relevant to the carrying out of the worksexcept in accordance with a site inspection site inspection arranged by the potential contractorwith the contact officer. the principal may refuse to allow site inspections.
