Attendance at the site inspection is not mandatory, but highly recommended and is scheduled to take place at the Laidley Saleyards on January 13, 2026. Attendees must register by January 9, 2026, as stated in the bid notice.

The supplier query cutoff is January 20, 2026, as stated in the bid notice.

The investment will identify the major yield limiting factors of faba beans in northern NSW by May 2029.

The evaluation criteria will assess the value for money of all tenders, including technical and price factors.
