Tenders will be assessed against operational requirements, management systems, experience, contract and methodology, financial, and social procurement criteria. tenders will be assessed against the following mandatory criteria listed below and assigned a scorereflecting how well it satisfies each criterion.

Tenderers must have Department of Transport and Planning accreditation for traffic management implementation (road category 2 or higher), current Victorian traffic management qualifications, maritime security compliance, and experience with the DTP temporary traffic management accreditation program. only tenderers with the following accreditations and qualifications will be considered:

A site visit is mandatory and attendees must be pre-registered by 1 August 2026. a briefing sessionsite visit refer to table below fordetails to become familiar with all relevant conditions and a site visit is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid.

The contract completion time is 30 June 2029, with extension options of up to two further years as detailed in the scope.

The principal shall pay the amount due to the supplier, if any, including any applicable GST, before the end of the payment period, which is defined as the period ending 25 business days after receipt by the principal of the claim.

The supplier warrants that the services will be free from defects, comply in all respects with the contract and any applicable Australian standards or law, and be fit for the purpose stated in or to be reasonably inferred from the contract.

The supplier must have the experience, skills, expertise, resources, and judgement, and hold all necessary competencies, licences, accreditations, qualifications, permits, clearances or other authorisations required to comply with its obligations under the contract.

The principal will endeavour to give the supplier sufficient, but non-exclusive, access to the site to carry out the suppliers obligations under the contract.

The contract completion time is 30 June 2029, with extension options of up to two further years. The commencement time for services is 1 July 2026.

Invoices may be submitted on the date that the services are provided for each travel booking. The principal shall pay the amount due to the supplier, if any, including any applicable GST, before the end of the payment period, which is generally 25 business days after receipt of the claim.

The supplier warrants that the services will be fit for the purpose stated in or to be reasonably inferred from the contract, and that any design prepared by the supplier in relation to the work shall be in accordance with the requirements of the contract.

The supplier must have the experience, skills, expertise, resources, and judgement, and hold all necessary competencies, licences, accreditations, qualifications, permits, clearances or other authorisations required to comply with its obligations under the contract.

The principal may refuse to give access to the site until the supplier has given the principal evidence of insurance required by clause 23. 3 and any other documents or information which the contract requires to be given to the principal before access to the site shall be given.
