This tender is for infrastructure works at Palmer Barracks, WA, specifically involving high voltage (HV) electrical works. The tenderer is requested to provide the times for submission of payment claims, which are monthly on the 15th day of each month. An anticipated monthly cash flow for payment of the contract price is also requested.
The tenderer warrants that at the time of lodging its tender, it is not aware of any strategic notice event. The tenderer also warrants that neither the tenderer nor any of its servants or agents had knowledge of the tender price of any other tenderer prior to lodging its tender.
Tenders will be evaluated to determine the tender which represents the best value for money to the Commonwealth, based on criteria including project understanding (50% weighting), workload and proposed resources (15% weighting), previous performance (15% weighting), and program (20% weighting). Indigenous Procurement Policy, Commonwealth Procurement Rules compliance, financial, alternative proposals, miscellaneous matters for evaluation, information security, environmentally sustainable procurement, and Australian Skills Guarantee are also evaluated but have no weighting.
Conditions for participation include completing and returning a signed confidentiality agreement. Tenderers must also satisfy each condition for participation specified in the tender particulars at the time of submitting their tender.
The tenderer is requested to provide its maximum amount of delay damages for the purposes of clause 9. 6 of the conditions of contract in part 5, with a breakdown as to how the relevant amount has been calculated.
An industry briefing, which includes a site visit, is applicable. The briefing will take place on 24th April 2026 at Palmer Barracks, Beavis Dr, South Guildford WA **** must complete the national base induction prior to attendance and arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement for site induction and visitor pass sign-in.
