The term of product warranties for key system components should align with the design life of **** years, as far as reasonably practicable.

Evaluation criteria include technical solution and system architecture, delivery approach, commercial models (whole-of-life value), supplier capability and experience, and Queensland local content.

Suppliers must demonstrate experience delivering similar remote or island SAPS projects, capability across design, delivery, and long-term O&M, organizational capacity, and past performance and references.

UQ may hold a briefing session at Heron Island Research Station for shortlisted proponents. Participants may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Suppliers should notify UQ if they intend to attend.

Clarifications and requests for further information must be submitted through the UQProcure tendering portal QA function no later than 48 hours before the close date.
