The City of Clarence invites quotations for business case consultancy services for the Rosny Creative Precinct business case and master plan. The project aims to develop a strategic and detailed business case and precinct master plan. Quotations must be lodged by 3pm on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The contract period is from September 18, 2026, to December 24, 2027. Payment is milestone-based. Disqualification may occur if a respondent engages in prohibited canvassing conduct. The quotation response of any respondent who engages in conduct prohibited under this condition may, at the chief executive officers discretion, be disqualified from the quotation assessment process.
