The State of Queensland is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of glazing services in the South West Queensland region. Offers must be lodged electronically via the VendorPanel website by Thursday, 06 August 2026. The SOA will replace the existing arrangement. Key requirements include holding relevant licenses, insurances, and being a QBuild registered contractor. Evaluation criteria include mandatory criteria (licenses, insurance, asbestos awareness, QBuild registration, no subcontracting unless approved, web portal use, government policy compliance) and weighted criteria (business background, staff training, systems, government priorities, local content, WHS, price). The estimated value of the SOA may be published. Contact ***@***. *. * for queries.
Offers must be lodged electronically by Thursday, 06 August 2026, 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
The SOA will be evaluated based on mandatory criteria including licenses, qualifications, insurance, and QBuild registration, and weighted criteria including business background, staff training, systems, government priorities, local content, WHS, and price.
Offerors must hold a Glass, Glazing and Aluminium Licence issued by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, a General Construction Induction Training (GCIT) card, and relevant insurances including public liability of a minimum $20 million.
Supplier queries must be submitted by Tuesday, 04 August 2026, 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.
Failure to comply with all or any of the requirements of the invitation to offer may result in a SOA offer being considered an alternative offer. If, in the opinion of the customer, an offeror fails to demonstrate satisfactory ability in relation to any criterion, the customer may decline to further evaluate the SOA offer.
