The department is seeking a Proof of Concept (PoC) to modernize the administration of regulated waste transport across Queensland using contemporary digital services. The PoC must demonstrate representative capability in end-to-end business workflows, intuitive user experiences, and core system behaviours. The PoC must operate as a standalone, isolated solution. Offers must be submitted via the Queensland Procurement Solution VendorPanel by **** considers understanding of requirements, resource capability, capacity, and value for money, not solely price.
The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anticompetitive or similar conduct in connection with the rfq process, or any actual or potential contract with any entity for goods and services similar to the goods and services. The criteria include demonstrated understanding of requirements, resource capability, supplier capacity, local benefits test, SME participation, and cost and value for money. The criteria against which the suppliers offer will be evaluated includes: evaluation criteria 1 demonstrated understanding of requirements and objectives evaluation criteria 2 resource capability and experience evaluation criteria 3 supplier capacity and delivery approach evaluation criteria 4 local benefits test evaluation criteria 5 small to medium enterprise participation cost and value for money.
Mandatory criteria include compliance with insurance requirements and adherence to the Queensland government supplier code of conduct. A supplier may be immediately disqualified if they breach any warranty, such as anticompetitive conduct or accuracy of information. in addition to any other remedies available to it under law or contract, the customer may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier from the rfq process
