Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations for investigations and multidisciplinary design services for relining three ponds and one dam in the Botanic Gardens. The goal is a tender-ready design package. Scope includes site inspections, surveys, geotechnical investigations, liner methodology, civil design, and tender documentation. Construction works are not funded. Submissions will be evaluated on fee, experience, understanding, team capability, and completeness. Respondents must review attached documents and identify exclusions/assumptions. Council policies must be complied with.
Submissions close Monday 15 June 2026, 10:00 pm E. South America Standard Time.
Council will pay the supplier within the agreed terms of payment. Unless otherwise specified, council agrees to pay the supplier within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of an invoice.
The supplier warrants that goods/services are free from defects, of merchantable quality, fit for purpose, and comply with all applicable Australian standards and legislation.
Submissions may be evaluated against: lump sum fee and value for money (40%), relevant experience (25%), demonstrated understanding (20%), team capability (10%), and completeness (5%).
Consultants must be suitably qualified to undertake investigations and multidisciplinary design services.
Respondents are required to review the attached technical specification and familiarise themselves with the general site conditions. Respondents are required to review all attached documentation prior to submitting a quotation.
Supplier query cutoff is Monday 15 June 2026, 10:00 pm E. South America Standard Time.
Council may terminate the agreement if the supplier breaches a term and fails to remedy it within 14 days, or if the supplier breaches a term incapable of remedy.
