Tenders are invited for the Richmond Oval - New Changeroom Building & Remediation Works to Grandstand. Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is mandatory. Submissions failing to comply will not be considered. The contract works are scheduled for commencement in October 2026, with a completion date no later than the end of January 2028. A 12-month defects liability period applies. Security required is 5% of the contract sum. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Payment is based on monthly claims, with assessment and payment within specified business days. The contract sum is a fixed lump sum price, exclusive of GST. Dispute resolution involves negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.
