The closing time for tenders is Tuesday, 16 June 2026, 2:00 PM AEST.

Tenders will be assessed based on quoted prices to ascertain the best value for money for Council, considering factors such as demonstrated understanding, organisation experience, individual experience, referee statements, WHS performance, legal and environmental compliance, quality assurance, sustainability, methodology, innovative solutions, prices, reporting, and conformity of tender.

Tenderers are required to be suitably qualified and experienced contractors. They must hold all necessary licenses, qualifications, and certifications, and have a suitably trained and available workforce. Do you hold, and will maintain for the contract term, all licences, qualifications, and certifications required to perform the services, including staff with appropriate aquatic facility and water quality monitoring competencies

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 June 2026, with specific times allocated for Bob Gamble Park and Ripley Splash n Play Adventure Park. Attendance is optional unless otherwise specified. The site visit is for information purposes only

The tender closes on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at 04:00 am E. South America Standard Time.

The principal will accept the response that is most advantageous, considering sound contracting principles and local government regulations. Local preference may be applied.

Respondents must warrant that they hold all necessary competencies, licenses (including QBCC if applicable), accreditations, certifications, permits, and authorisations required for the scope of works. They must also warrant that they are not excluded from tendering under any applicable government scheme.

Respondents must attend any site inspection identified as mandatory. Respondents must attend any briefing or a site inspection which is identified in the general information as mandatory.

The principal may exclude a response if the respondent has failed to comply with procurement process conditions, breached a warranty, or if the principal believes the respondent cannot reasonably comply with contractual obligations.

The buyer is seeking suitably qualified and experienced service provider(s).

Offers must be received electronically to Vendor Panel by 10:00 AM on 22 June 2026.

Tax invoices shall be emailed to ***@***. *. * correctly rendered invoice is to be submitted every four weeks (28 days). If no discount is offered, the customer's standard payment terms of 30 days shall apply. If the supplier is a small business registered with the on-time payment small business register, payment terms are 20 days.

The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anticompetitive or similar conduct. The supplier warrants that neither it nor its personnel have or are likely to have a conflict of interest, except as disclosed. The supplier warrants that it and its personnel have not been convicted of an offence under the criminal code where one of the elements is participation in a criminal organisation. All representations, declarations, statements, information, and documents are warranted to be complete, accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.

The other evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate offers are: demonstrated relevant experience, availability and approach to deliver the scope, and value for money.

Mandatory criteria include: compliance with insurance requirements, compliance with conditions of contract, compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, Bachelor of Engineering Civil (Washington Accord accredited or equivalent), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), minimum ten years experience delivering transport infrastructure projects, minimum five years experience in delivering projects under disaster recovery funding arrangements (DRFA), motor vehicle requirements as per request for quote, and key personnel rate not exceeding $200 per hour ex GST.

Failure to comply with all the requirements of the request for quote may result in an offer being considered nonconforming. Breach of warranty may lead to disqualification from the RFQ process or termination of the contract.
