Works are required to be completed by 30 November 2026.
Payment shall be by invoice at the completion of the work.
The contractor shall provide warranties for materials and workmanship.
Evaluation criteria include price (25%), demonstrated experience in similar projects (25%), resources (15%), methodology (25%), and local content (10%).
Tenderers must be suitably qualified, with evidence of QBCC licensing for swimming pool construction, installation, and maintenance, and a proven track record with a minimum of 3 case studies of refurbishing public concrete pools.
Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $500 per day.
A mandatory site inspection and briefing will be held at Home Hill Pool on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 10 am. RSVP is required by noon on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
