Respondents must be suitably qualified and experienced plumbing contractors and hold appropriate licenses and qualifications for the work being undertaken, such as plumbing and gas fitting licenses.
Failure to attend emergency requests within the required timeframe may be treated as a breach of contract. Council may require corrective action, adjust work allocation, or remove the contractor from the panel if performance falls short.

Failure to contact the nominated contact person prior to the closing date if experiencing submission problems will result in a non-conforming tender.
